The Dubuque County Fairgrounds and Event Center has several facilities to accommodate your event needs. Our normal rental rates include five (5) hours of reception time, tables and chairs, set-up and clean-up, and our bar staff. An hourly fee will be charged for events requiring security or maintenance staff.

Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 900 people and the rental rate for Saturday is $1000 for 2019. Friday evening receptions in the Grand Ballroom rent for $500, Sunday – Thursday for $450. Additional hours can be arranged in advance for an extra $100 per hour.

This is a wonderful venue for weddings, anniversaries, banquets, benefits, trade shows, and many other events. It can be utilized with varying set-ups.


Outdoor Festival Garden

The Outdoor Festival Garden can accommodate groups of any size and rents for $225. It has a stage and an open air pavilion.

$100 for a 1 hour ceremony when you book the grand ballroom for your reception!
