The Dubuque County Fairgrounds and Event Center has several facilities to accommodate your event needs. Our normal rental rates include five (5) hours of reception time, tables and chairs, set-up and clean-up, security and our bar staff.

Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 900 people and the rental rate for Saturday is $1000 for 2019. Friday evening receptions in the Grand Ballroom rent for $500, Sunday – Thursday for $450. Additional hours can be arranged in advance for an extra $100 per hour.

This is a wonderful venue for weddings, anniversaries, banquets, benefits, trade shows, and many other events. It can be utilized with varying set-ups.


Outdoor Festival Garden

The Outdoor Festival Garden can accommodate groups of any size and rents for $225. It has a stage and an open air pavilion.

$100 for a 1 hour ceremony when you book the grand ballroom for your reception!
