Yes, you can! Call or stop by or office to do this. This is useful if you need to move your seat to sit next to someone else, or if you’d like to upgrade your seat. We will require you to pay any difference in the seat’s value. (Note – when we exchange tickets, we will refund your old order in full and re-purchase new tickets. If you used a credit card, you may be asked to provide that credit card in order to complete the refund.) If it is more than 1 week away from the event, you may also contact ticketmaster to have your tickets upgraded.
