Tiny Prince & Princess contest is coming up at the fair! Register now at dbqfair.com/competitions - deadline is July 27th, 2026. Rules: 2026 Dubuque County Fair Tiny Prince and Princess Contest All entries MUST be signed up on the Dubuque County Fair website (dbqfair.com) or turned into the Dubuque County Fair Office by Monday, July 27, 2026. RULES 1. All participants MUST BE residents of Dubuque County. 2. All participants MUST BE between the ages of 3 and 9 on the day of the competition. 3. Twins will be judged as individuals. 4. All Judges decision is final. 5. One boy and one girl will be selected for first place. 6. Each child will receive a participation award. 7. Participants are encouraged to wear something that fits their personality. *Participants will be judged on the following: 20 points: Speaking 50 points: Personality 30 points: Personal Appearance 100 points Total
